Mindful Yoga online – english
Mindful yoga program is based on years of experience working with participants of Erasmus courses in Split: Mental Health, Stress Management – Burnout Prevention and Mindfulness.

The program uses elements of classical hatha yoga, a methodical approach to relaxation and releasing breath capacity, energization exercises, proprioceptive exercises, methodic of Raja Yoga according to Patanjali and meditation.

There will be two sessions per week, in the afternoon.
Classes will be broadcast live via the Zoom application.
Recordings of the classes will be shared for a few days, for those who could not practice live.
The start of the program is scheduled for September 2023.
The participation fee is 40 euros per month.

The program will develop dynamically in accordance with the priorities and interests of the participants, so we will not strictly define it in advance.
However, in the beginning we will methodically go through the basics of hatha yoga. After that, one class a week will be continuation of hatha yoga practice, while the second class of the week will be dedicated to deep relaxation, energization exercises, breathing and meditation.

Meet your hosts
Nikola Drviš-Grk mag.cin. , has been practicing yoga regularly since his student days (more than 20 years), and teaching since 2005. In addition to yoga, he is actively involved in practicing and teaching the shiatsu method, and has completed a series of educations in modern bodywork (Craniosacral therapy included). Nikola founded “Health Support” association in Split (2011) which conducted various holistic seminars and workshops for years. Since 2022. he is working as freelancer on few fields.
In the same year, he designed Mindful Yoga. This method connects different techniques into a comprehensive approach to health support, and Nikola is still actively developing it in collaboration with Ana.
Ana Vukman mag.ing.arch. (graduated in 2012), hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher (Teacher training 200). She lived as an expat for nine years and recently returned to Croatia. She lived in Oman (Muscat) for four years and in Germany (Düsseldorf) five years. Life abroad opened up new horizons for her.
Ana’s approach to yoga is creative and she is involved in creating the visual identity of Mindful Yoga.
Ana and Nikola, as a Mindful Yoga team, are enthusiastic and passionate about this project, and looking forward to host you.
